Design and Recharge of an Innovated Structure of Electric Car
In this book we presented a structure and a methodology for design and control of an innovated DC motor with permanent magnets and axial flux dedicated to electric traction.
Progress in the field of sliding contacts manufacturing, the simplicity of the structure of the engine as the control simplicity of DC motors make this structure an attractive solution to the problem of electric cars drive.
A modelling approach of an innovated renewable energy system dedicated to recharge of electric cars is also presented in this book.

Souhir Tounsi was born in Sfax (Tunisia) in 1976.
He received his Engineering, Depth Studies (DEA), Ph.D., and HDR Diplomas in electrical engineering from the National Engineering School of Sfax-Tunisia.
He is currently an associate professor at National School of Electronics and Telecommunications of Sfax (ENET’COM)-Sfax University.
