Sylvain Mabika holds a doctorate (Ph.D) in international law and is a teacher-researcher at the Universities and Higher Institutes of the Democratic Republic of Congo.
He is also President of the National Board of Directors of the NGO - Réseau d'ONG pour la Protection et l'Assistance des Personnes Vulnérables (REPROV).
