The adoption and application of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in e-health care is the recognition of economic development in health sector both for developing and developed countries.
The result of ICT application is to simplify way of running hospital processes to deliver quality health care services in Tanzania.
Subjective revolution is in reduction of wrong check-ups created by wrong patient information, reduction of cost and time in delivering health referral service.
The key thing here is to create an environment to improve relationship of doctor and patient that rely on doctor that working in an environment with good communication infrastructure for hospitals in achieving improved referral services.
The ICT adoption and application in health care is facing some challenges to enhance referral services as follows; information accuracy, speed in processing, integration, security and reliability for decision making.
At this research book we focused on Design Digitized Referral Appointment System (DRAS) through application of ICT to solve referral services challenges by allowing patients to book online appointments for accessing referral hospital services.

Currently, He completed a Msc degree in Information, Communication Science and Engineering (ICSE) at NM-AIST on (2014) - Arusha.
He is Engineer and researcher managed to publish two articles, two accepted articles and Thesis online Book.
