Adherence to anticonvulsants by epileptic children is very essential as it has shown by many researches that, Epilepsy is a treatable disease in 70 percent of patients who adhere to conventional medicines for a period of 2 to 5 years.
however combined work of heath care providers, parents/guardians and patients is needed to achieve full adherence.
