Seimu is a Tanzanian and has PhD from Central Lancashire University, MEd (Cardiff University) and BA with Education (Dar Es Salaam University).
For over a decade employed as a lecturer at Moshi Co-operative University, Tanzania.
He has also taught in secondary schools in Tanzania for 12 years.
