Motorcycle transport commonly known as “BODA BODA” in Tanzania and most of East African Countries has become the most popular means of transport in both rural and urban areas in Tanzania.
Young peoples who were jobless are now engaged in providing motorcycle transport services and it is becoming a reliable source of their income.
Though this means of transport has been involved with a large number of accidents, lead to deaths and injuries to people mostly in urban areas.
This book is a follow through a research project conducted by Bruno Kinyaga in 2014 to 2015 by support of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport International looking on road accidents to motorcycles in urban and rural areas in Dar es salaam, Tanzania.
Kinyaga is a Tanzanian, a Logistics and Transportation expert with over 6 year experience on research and consultancy on Logistics and Transport area.
Currently he is the Executive Director of the B&F Global Company Limited a Research and Consultancy Firm.
Bruno has worked with several International and Local organisation.
