Thirdly, there needs to be meaningful school reforms in which we establish multicultural schools where students of diverse backgrounds are guaranteed the right to express their own ideas and socio-cultural life experiences plainly.
And such practices could not only empower learners to develop the habit of learning from their differential experiences, but also it capacitates them to exercise the culture of valuing and respecting others with different identities, life stories and realities.

I received my B.Ed.
in English from Bahir Dar University and graduated honorably in the year 2000.
After four years of teaching, I joined master program and graduated with great distinction in M.A.in TEFL from Addis Ababa University in 2006.
After serving as a lecturer, I studied M.Ed in Multicultural and Multilingual Education.
