The loss of verbal and non-verbal instances of communication in a culture or a language, especially in a little-known community, such as the Ganjule in south Ethiopia, is painful as it can often be irreversible for concerned bodies in, for instance, anthropology, philosophy, philology, history, sociology, musicology, science and technology, multiculturalism, tourism, politics, peace and conflict studies around the globe.
In this regard, this volume features a meticulous documentation and a succinct description of the Ganjule oral literature drawing on interdisciplinary corpora scientifically collected and analyzed to salvage the endangered Ganjule language (ISO 639 - 3Kcx).
It is worth reading indeed.
