Some are quite sophisticated, whereas others are predicated on rather basic “instinctive” conclusions that may or may not have a basis in fact.
Practitioners and researchers have sought for generations to explain why juveniles engage in criminal acts.

Currently he is working as a Public Prosecutor in Oromia Regional National State at Zonal level.
