The book looks at the effect of some cultural factors like gender role, distribution of inheritance and cultural belief on education of female child especially as pertaining to the people of South Western region of Nigeria on the development of women in entrepreneurship.

Christy Aderinto is a Human Resources practitioner with over 15 years experience in Human Management.
She worked for over 24 years with an indigenous conglomerate in Nigeria as an office administrator, Personnel Manager and retired as Group Human Resources /Admin Manager in 2014.
Christy currently lectures in a Nigerian University.
