This book focus on the (Albert & Whetten, 1985) model of organizational identity reference which the authors ascribed organizational identity as a concept that makeup claims about what was central, unique, and enduring about an organization's identity, focusing also on the various theories that have referenced the seminal work of Albert & Whetten (1985) literature.
