A neglected area within the Pastorate
With the necessary guidance and support most people will eventually be able to forgive somebody else and even except God’s forgiveness – but to forgive yourself for trespasses in the past is often the most difficult hurdle to conquer.
We tend to show mercy to others but we are very hard on ourselves.
However, if we are not able to forgive ourselves healing in the long term is not possible.
Our self-esteem will suffer and it will be difficult to grow in relationship with ourselves, with others as well as with God.
In this book this difficult issue is confronted and the reader is guided step by step to a point of emotional and spiritual victory and personal growth.
