Wentzel Coetzer was lecturer in New Testament in the Faculty of Theology at the University of South Africa (1977-84).
After that he was involved in full-time ministry (1985-2002).
In 2003 he was appointed Extraordinary Professor at the North-West University in Potchefstroom (South Africa).
He has already published 16 other books as well.
