The education of Vulnerable Children is of major concern globally.The EFA goals cannot be met unless vulnerable children access education.There is therefore need that they get support in various forms to access education.Several organizations, among them Community Based Organizations, seek for donors so as to assist Vulnerable Children access education.This book gives an assessment of the quality of education of the Vulnerable Children supported by Community Based Organizations in a rural district in Kenya.The findings in this book are vital for the donors and other stakeholders that are interested in the quality of education of vulnerable children.Recommendations are given on how best vulnerable children can be assisted to access quality education.
Winston Matere holds a Master of Education in Educational Planning and Management and is currently pursuing PhD in the same field.He has taught in several secondary schools in Kenya and currently a teacher trainer in Kibabii Diploma Teachers Training College in Kenya.
