More specifically, the book has examined the relationships between constructs of perceived usefulness (PU), perceived ease of use (PEOU) and perceived risk (PR) towards adoption of M-banking technology.

The knowledge of these factors enables all the players in the banking industry, including the banks, telecommunications service providers, policy makers and bank customers to make informed decisions.
