Kenya’s 2010 Constitution institutionalized Devolved governments in 47 Counties to manage public resources at county levels.
This book explores the possibilities that Kenya has within the new 2010 constitution dispensation that devolution’s impact has on economic development in the country with comparative case studies of devolved governments in China and Brazil.
Gathu Joseph Ndung’u born on 02/09/1982, is currently a PhD student in International Studies at the Institute of Diplomacy and International Studies at University of Nairobi.
He is also an ongoing Certified Public Secretary (CPS) student at Kenya Accountants and Secretaries National Examination Board (KASNEB).
