Modelling of reduced force clearances
To work the strength in footballers
The physical preparation of a football player is a complex process, which requires the coach (fitness trainer) to work on the development of all the physical components of a player so that he is in top form on the day of the match. And since the quality of strength is one of the basic elements of a football player.
The coach (physical trainer) must research and reflect on the best way to develop it in a way that the player can embody on the field, whether in air or ground duels. In this respect, the authors KACEM and HOUAR wanted to transmit theoretical knowledge and practical experience with an amateur club (MB Hassssna) to physical trainers, coaches, educators, students...etc, using the method of reduced games to be able to optimize and develop strength in football players in a similar way to competition (reduced games), with a bibliographical analysis and field experimentation with evaluation tests and practical sessions to develop this indispensable quality.
