All of us do some accounting, often without realizing it.
It is a part of our life.
When a housewife tries to note down her household expenses, strike the balance she has on hand at the end of the day or month, or determines how much she needs for the expenses which would arise, she is ‘accounting’ for the money she withdrew or was given to run the household.
In business, however, it is a more serious matter and it is a must.
You cannot run a business unless you know how much you owe outsiders and how much outsiders owe you.
