All of us do some accounting, often without realizing it.
It is a part of our life.
When a housewife tries to note down her household expenses, strike the balance she has on hand at the end of the day or month, or determines how much she needs for the expenses which would arise, she is ‘accounting’ for the money she withdrew or was given to run the household.
In business, however, it is a more serious matter and it is a must.
You cannot run a business unless you know how much you owe outsiders and how much outsiders owe you.
And when you invest money in a business, wouldn’t you like to know whether you’ve recovered it, increased it or lost it? All this requires systematic record keeping of all that happens on a day-to-day basis in business and analyzing this information to aid business decision making.
This book is published in two complementary documents: One is for the trainer or the teacher and another is for the trainee or the student), the one for the trainer/teacher contain all lessons,exercises and answers, the methodology with techniques and the curriculum to deliver the lessons.
The other for the trainee/student contain the lessons and exercises.
