Samuel Deme was born in 1975 in Zimbabwe.
He did his Bachelors of Laws at the University of Zimbabwe between October 1999 and August 2003.
He also did his Masters in Women's Law Degree in 2010.
He is currently employed as a Principal Law Officer in the Zimbabwean Ministry of Justice.
