Anterior Cruciate Ligament and Knee Injury
Prevention, Rehabilitation Treatment and Neuromuscular Training
The methodology of re-training during the last phase of rehabilitation after knee ligamentoplasty, namely sports rehabilitation.
This phase is very important and represents a modern component of a functional and comprehensive approach, developing the knowledge and intelligence of the knee joint.
The re-training must be well conducted to give the patient good mobility, good muscular strength and good function and above all allow him to regain his previous level before injury.
In addition to the intense exercises, it would be interesting to experiment with the effects of other means such as pedaling in water or running on a treadmill with a discharge harness, allowing a much earlier training recovery aerobic.
