RF and Microwave bandpass filter design based on active inductor
In this book, a reconfigurable active bandpass filter (BPF) has been designed and fabricated in a 130 nm CMOS technology to cover a wide tuning of radio-frequencies.
Contents: 1) High-Q RF CMOS Tunable Active Inductor for Multistandard Applications.
2) Study of Wide Adjustable Active Inductor Circuits: Design Approaches and Reconfiguration Methods.
3) A 1.82-4.44 GHz Reconfigurable Bandpass Filter Based on Tunable Active Inductor.
