The problem of access to justice in the DRC: the case of the indigent

It should be noted that access to justice is a human right in a state governed by the rule of law and in a democracy.

This situation of access to justice in the case of the indigent is very alarming despite the establishment of the rule of law.

One can legitimately wonder why this is so, when there is an abundance of literature and jurisprudence scattered through several publications dealing with this subject.The truth is that: the law is like a vast dense forest, to know the tracks of the game or the snake, it is necessary to be either a very good hunter or have a guide.
